Questions about a Moore County docket must go to the office that keeps the original file. This private site cannot retrieve documents or manage settings. District civil, family, and felony requests usually begin with the District Clerk. Constitutional county and probate records begin with the County Clerk, while municipal and justice-court matters stay with their own clerks.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull dockets, change or reset court dates, remove or seal cases, issue certified copies, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the clerk of court or the trial court directly.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Use the court name on the citation, filing, or order to choose the Moore County route:

  • A docket sheet: run a case search through the statewide portal, or request the docket from the clerk of court
  • A court date or setting: check the court calendar, or confirm the setting with the clerk of court
  • Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
  • A specific case: look it up with a case search by party name or case number
  • Court records and case files: see court records, or contact the clerk of the court that heard the case

For district civil, family, and felony records, contact Mayra Rivero, Moore County District Clerk, 715 S Dumas Ave., Room 109, Dumas, TX 79029, 806-935-4218. Published hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday, 8:30 AM to noon. County-court and probate requests instead go to Brenda McKanna, County Clerk, Room 107, at 806-935-2009 or 806-935-6164.
