Why We Built This Site
Texas court access is not a single-door system. Mayra Rivero, the Moore County District Clerk, keeps district civil, family, and felony files. Brenda McKanna, the County Clerk, keeps constitutional county and probate records. Justice and municipal clerks keep their own dockets. LGS offers a local index and paid document images, while re:SearchTX is a separate statewide route whose Moore County coverage must be checked live. The site exists to make those boundaries, official contacts, and request choices clear.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket guides: how criminal dockets and civil dockets are searched and read in Moore County
- Court dates and settings: how to read the court calendar and confirm a hearing date or setting
- Case lookups: how to run a case search by party name or case number through the statewide portal
- Record requests: how court records and certified copies are requested from the clerk of court
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Texas court, clerk of court, or state agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
Search Partners
Search boxes shown on some pages are run by outside providers. A provider controls its results, prices, and data practices. A paid signup may produce a referral fee that supports operation of this resource. Moore County Court Docket does not control a partner's coverage and cannot make its output an official court record.
